Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, repair, replacement, return approval or refund, and we will cover the reasonable costs related to issues we are responsible for.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been supplied correctly and has no product issue. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
