Selected premium custom products are carefully made, packed and shipped to Australia, with an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6–11 weeks from order confirmation.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email. Standard delivery is available to physical street addresses across Australia, usually to the nearest accessible ground-floor entrance, with optional premium services such as indoor placement, assembly or packaging removal available by prior confirmation where possible. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, repair, replacement, return approval or refund, and we will cover the reasonable costs related to issues we are responsible for.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been supplied correctly and has no product issue. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
