Section 1 - Overseas Custom Goods Lead Time
1.1 Order processing & production: 5–20 working days
1.2 Sea freight to Australia port: 15–25 working days
1.3 Local customs clearance & warehousing: 4–7 working days
1.4 Australia local delivery: 2–10 working days
Total lead time is subject to production, shipping and destination conditions.
Section 2 - Delivery Service
Standard delivery is available on weekdays 9AM–5PM. Paid white-glove service including indoor placement, assembly, waste removal and large goods unloading can be arranged via third-party providers with separate charges.
Section 3 - Delivery Rules
Please arrange someone to sign for goods on time. Failed delivery due to no recipient will incur extra redelivery or storage fees, which shall be borne by buyers.
Section 4 - Shipping Fee & Tracking
Freight cost is calculated by item size, weight and distance, displayed clearly at checkout. After shipment, you will get tracking number via email to monitor logistics status.
Section 5 - Damage & Restriction
All products comply with Australian Consumer Law. Contact us with photos and order number immediately if goods arrive damaged, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund accordingly.We do not support PO box delivery, valid physical address is required.
