Section 1 - Overseas Custom Goods Lead Time
1.1 Order processing & production: 5–20 working days
1.2 Sea freight to Australia port: 15–25 working days
1.3 Local customs clearance & warehousing: 4–7 working days
1.4 Australia local delivery: 2–10 working days
Total lead time is subject to production, shipping and destination conditions.
Section 2 - Delivery Service
Standard delivery is available on weekdays 9AM–5PM. Paid white-glove service including indoor placement, assembly, waste removal and large goods unloading can be arranged via third-party providers with separate charges.
Section 3 - Delivery Rules
Please arrange someone to sign for goods on time. Failed delivery due to no recipient will incur extra redelivery or storage fees, which shall be borne by buyers.
Section 4 - Shipping Fee & Tracking
Freight cost is calculated by item size, weight and distance, displayed clearly at checkout. After shipment, you will get tracking number via email to monitor logistics status.
Section 5 - Damage & Restriction
All products comply with Australian Consumer Law. Contact us with photos and order number immediately if goods arrive damaged, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund accordingly.We do not support PO box delivery, valid physical address is required.

Personal preference damage, modified, assembled and custom goods are non-refundable.We offer partial refunds for slight damage and full solutions for serious faults. Order cancellation incurs tiered fees based on production and shipping progress.Contact us via email to apply for returns; refunds take around 7 working days. Product Structure
The main frame has one more vertical post (3cm) than the secondary frame. A row of continuous shelves only requires one main frame, while the secondary frame is unlimited.
Adjustable Layers
You can adjust the number of layers based on the products, with flexible layer heights to meet different needs.
Adjustable Shelf Height
The vertical posts are designed with double rows of holes, allowing the upper and lower shelves to be freely adjusted to suit your needs. This feature gives you the flexibility to modify the shelf space and organize items as you see fit.
Shelf Reinforcement Ribs
Each shelf is equipped with two reinforcement ribs at the bottom, effectively enhancing the shelf’s load-bearing capacity. This sturdy construction prevents bending or deformation, ensuring long-lasting durability.
