Selected premium custom products are carefully made, packed and shipped to Australia, with an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6–11 weeks from order confirmation.
Your checkout total will clearly show the delivery charge, and applicable customs duties, import GST and standard clearance fees are handled before delivery. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email. Standard delivery is available to physical street addresses across Australia, usually to the nearest accessible ground-floor entrance, with optional premium services such as indoor placement, assembly or packaging removal available by prior confirmation where possible. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can assist with a suitable solution under Australian Consumer Law.

Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, missing parts or not as described, please contact us within our 30-day product issue support period. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, repair, replacement, return approval or refund, and we will cover the reasonable costs related to issues we are responsible for.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns where the product has been supplied correctly and has no product issue. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Structure
The main frame has one more vertical post (3cm) than the secondary frame. A row of continuous shelves only requires one main frame, while the secondary frame is unlimited.
